adjective
2. LITERARY

Depression and anxiety are clear calls to action! It is time to regain position and power. Clarion Psychotherapy is designed to help high functioning adults find clarity and a clear path towards success.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the delivery of health care through communication technology. Mobile devices, smartphone apps and internet-enabled computers all have audio and visual capabilities that make online counseling possible. Not only is telehealth convenient and affordable, over two decades of research conclude that on-line therapy is just as effective as traditional in-person therapy for adults.

How many sessions do I need?

In order to create lasting change, consistency is key. It is best to book weekly or biweekly appointments. Some clients benefit from 3-5 sessions, while others may want more intensive treatment.

What Clarion Psychotherapy Is and what it is NOT

Clarion is a boutique-style, appointments only, online practice that specializes in working with adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health symptoms. Clarion is NOT a crisis center, emergency hotline or 24-hour mental health service. If you are in an emergency, please call 911.

Why don’t you take insurance?

I made the choice not to accept insurance. As an out-of-network provider, I can focus solely on your treatment without managed care restrictions regarding your care. Insurance companies require the therapist to provide a diagnosis which can be stigmatizing. Also, working with insurance agencies can be very time-consuming. The long calls and paperwork detract from therapy and limit the results clients can create for themselves. My goal is to spend my time focused on YOU!
